Site Visit and Survey, Drawings and Technical Information, Detailed Quotations, all prepared and carried out by our fully qualified Personnel.
All work is carried out in strict compliance to NFDC, SEPA and HSE guidelines.
Total site security and supervision for the duration of the contract.
Site clearance to agreed schedule.

Planned Maintenance and repair on all Vehicles and Equipment

Hazardous materials such as Asbestos are safely removed and disposed of. A Health and Safety Licence to undertake work with Asbestos materials is held by Central Demolition. This licence covers equipment for the protection and contamination of employees engaged in working with Asbestos and other hazardous materials. All working practices comply fully with The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Asbestos (Licensing) Regulations 2006
   
 
CENTRAL DEMOLITION are totally commited to recycling and landfill reduction. Our policy is to reclaim and re use all possible materials including Rubble, Bricks, Soil, Metal, Wood, Plastic, Polythene, Cardboard, Paper. Indeed it was part of attaining ISO Accreditation we must recycle a minimum 90% of all Demolition Materials.
